Artist Statement:
As a visual artist, musician, and animator, I explore creativity through diverse media to communicate visionary experience: the hidden, transcendent, and spiritual worlds that open our minds and bring hope for our future. My works integrate subject matter from a vast spectrum of our human creative heritage, including Paleolithic, shamanistic, Medieval and Renaissance art, cutting-edge science and technology, psychedelic and mystical vision. By weaving together inspiration from these select sources and more, I seek to reflect the inner heroes in each of us, and to inspire viewers with the same experience I have myself: that the forces burdening humanity can indeed be overcome by finding what is truly best within each of us, and by bringing that to life through love and creative expression.
